Openings for two Analysts at Erie Family Health Center

Erie Family Health Center is a federally qualified health center that serves the west and northwest communities of Chicago. With locations in communities ranging from Humboldt Park to Evanston, Erie serves over 50,000 patients, many of whom live at or below the federal poverty level. Erie’s Quality Improvement department supports all of Erie’s sites and staff by tracking population health and operational outcomes and facilitating projects to improve the clinical processes that affect them.

Currently, the department is looking to hire two Analysts to help support the work of the department and of Erie.
