The American Lung Association in Greater Chicago
invites healthcare professionals, emerging scholars, community leaders and
researchers in the lung health field to submit an abstract for poster
presentations for the annual LUNG FORCE Expo, on April 30, 2015 at the Drury Lane Theatre and Convention Center in Oakbrook Terrace,
Illinois.
The LUNG FORCE Expo is an all-day educational program for patients, caregivers and healthcare providers to learn about the latest treatments resources and research to help those living with lung disease lead healthier and active lives.
Submissions that focus on topics pertinent to lung disease prevention, treatment, screening, and medications are welcome. Abstracts from research and/or practice-oriented projects from community members or organizations related to lung health are strongly encouraged, such as community health assessments and interventions, access and barriers to care, and trends in lung disease among marginalized populations.
