Vector Biologist Position in Elk Grove, California

The Biologist position is a temporary position responsible for working with the Vector-Borne Disease Section (VBDS) Public Health Biologists to conduct prevention, surveillance, and control of vector-borne diseases in Yosemite National Park and other regions in California. Work will be performed under the supervision of the Supervising Public Health Biologist, VBDS Northern Region, Elk Grove, CA. Duties performed will help reduce the risk of vector-borne disease transmission to California residents, visitors, and employees of the National Park Service.

Interesting position for a master of public health candidate or graduate interested in environmental health.
